Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our customer support email, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Allergic Reactions & Product Sensitivity

Individual results may vary. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before use. Luvix Lash is not responsible for reactions resulting from sensitivities to listed ingredients.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
